Abstract
The purpose of the study is to assess the internship performance of information technology students at Bulacan State University – Bustos. It delves into providing inputs significant to the enhancement of the curriculum, and overall on-the-job training experience of the students. A descriptive quantitative research approach was employed to gather necessary information from 145 student trainees during the academic year 2022-2023. Results show that their internship performance was at an “excellent” level. The study recommends that Bulacan State University-Bustos should continue its existing industry partnerships and expand its linkages, especially with the companies that accept information technology trainees.
