Abstract
Cultural diplomacy has a critical role in promoting cross-cultural understanding and collaboration, that aids in nation-building efforts globally. Currently, digital arts present innovative opportunities to fine-tune cultural diplomacy initiatives, capitalizing on technology to engage myriad audiences, cultivate dialogue, and launch bridges between nations, especially those marginalized. This research digs deeper on the integration of digital arts into cultural diplomacy practices to benefit cross-cultural understanding and collaboration in nation-building efforts.
