Creative Identities in a Tech Age - Storytelling, Culture, and Innovation: Exploring the Fusion of Art, Heritage, and Technology in Contemporary Society

Abstract

In an age where technology shapes every aspect of our lives, this workshop explores how creative expression can serve as a bridge between tradition and innovation. Through storytelling and visual arts, we will examine the role of cultural identity in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. As a creative with experience in both the arts and technology, I will guide participants in using tools like MidJourney to transform their personal narratives and heritage into visual art. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that blend creative practices with digital tools, fostering new ways to tell stories and express identities in a tech-centric world. By the end of the workshop, attendees will gain insight into how interdisciplinary approaches can bring fresh perspectives to both creative and technical fields, building connections across cultural and technological boundaries. This session invites artists, technologists, and storytellers to explore how creativity and innovation can shape our shared future, empowering participants to bring their ideas to life using modern technology.
