Abstract
The international trade dynamics and their guiding principles collide with international standards of environment and human rights. Axiological-teleological proposed effective mainstreaming. The design of a multilateral trading system decoupled from environmental protection and human rights, hinders the fulfillment of the aspiration tripartite complex economic, social and human development, found in the table of debate worldwide. It is stated in various academic and scientific forums that open trading system has much to do in this global problem. And objective method: From a theoretical multidimensional complex-thinking approach axiological-ethical-teleological aspects of commercial and environmental law are analyzed to demonstrate legal inconsistencies and the violation of human rights such as life and health. The hypothesis is that there is no cross-axiological-effective connection teleological rules of international trade-environment-human rights. The analysis allows to generate a theoretical and doctrinal debate with postulates of international law.
